2. Check Panchayat Schemes & Work Details

Steps:

  1. Go to the eGramSwaraj homepage.
  2. Click on “Planning” in the top menu.
  3. Choose “Approved Action Plan” or “Activity Output Target”.
  4. Select:
    • State
    • District
    • Block
    • Gram Panchayat
    • Financial Year
  5. Click “Submit”.

This will show you the development schemes and work plans implemented by the Panchayat.

3. Check Beneficiary Details (For Schemes like MGNREGA, PMAY, etc.)

  2. Click on “Panchayats GP/PS/ZP Login”.
  3. Go to “Reports” > Job Card/Beneficiary Details.

Steps:

  1. On eGramSwaraj, go to “Reports” tab.
  2. Click on “Finance & Accounting” or “Receipts and Payments Report”.
  3. Select the State, District, Block, and Panchayat.
  4. Choose the Financial Year and submit.
  5. The report will show:
    • Total Receipts (Grants, taxes, etc.)
    • Expenditure (Salaries, works, materials, etc.)
