ಏರಡನೇ ಹಂತ : ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಡೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಅಪ್ಲೈ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ ನಂತರ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಷನ್ ತೆರೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
