ಮೊದಲನೆಯದಾಗಿ KSPCB ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ 2024 ಅನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕೆಳಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ).

ವಿದ್ಯಾಧನ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು, ಮೊದಲು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ವೆಬ್‌ ಸೈಟ್‌ ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ. (ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ)
ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾಧನ್ ಸ್ಕಾಲರ್‌ಶಿಪ್ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಇಮೇಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಲಿಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಿಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ.
ಈಗ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಚಿಸಲಾದ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಸ್‌ವರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ಗೆ ಲಾಗ್ ಇನ್ ಮಾಡಿ.

ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರೇ, ಭಾರತದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಶ್ರಮಶೀಲ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಅಸಮಾನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಬೋಗಸ್ ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ (ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ) ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರನ್ನು ಹೊರಹಾಕುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“ಅನರ್ಹ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಲು ನಾವು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಸದ್ಯ ಆಹಾರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಅಂತಿಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಅನರ್ಹರು ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ವಿತರಿಸಲಾದ ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 70 ಪ್ರತಿಶತದಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅನ್ನ ಭಾಗ್ಯ, ಗೃಹ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗೃಹ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಲವಾರು ಖಾತರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿವೆ.

ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದರು ಆದರೆ ಇದು ನಿಜವಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅಂಕಿಅಂಶಗಳು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಆದರೆ ದೇಶದ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್‌ವೇರ್ ರಫ್ತಿನ ಅರ್ಧದಷ್ಟು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರೂ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದೇಶಿ ನೇರ ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯ (ಎಫ್‌ಡಿಐ) ಸಿಂಹ ಪಾಲು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹತ್ತರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಟು ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಗಿಂತ ಕೆಳಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಒಟ್ಟು ರಾಜ್ಯ ದೇಶೀಯ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ (GSDP) 2022-23 ರಲ್ಲಿ 22.70 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿಯಿಂದ 2023-24 ರಲ್ಲಿ 25.01 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿಗೆ 10.2 ರಷ್ಟು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ದರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ, ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಂಡೂಲ್ಕರ್ ಅಥವಾ ರಂಗರಾಜನ್ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಲೆಕ್ಕಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ, ತೆಂಡೂಲ್ಕರ್ ವಿಧಾನವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಯನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲಾ ರೂ 816 ಮತ್ತು ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲಾ ರೂ 1,000 ಎಂದು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಐದು ಜನರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಯು ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಸಿಕ 5,000 ರೂ. ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ 4,080 ರೂ. ಆದರೆ ಅಂತರ-ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬೆಲೆ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬಡತನ ರೇಖೆಯು ರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಜೂನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್‌ವಿ ದೇಶಪಾಂಡೆ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದೆ, ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅನರ್ಹರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು.

“ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅದರ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಸುಮಾರು 75-80 ಪ್ರತಿಶತದಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು. ಇದನ್ನು ನಂಬಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ,” ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಆರ್.ವಿ.ದೇಶಪಾಂಡೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೋಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೊದಲು, ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸಂವಹನ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಐಡಿ ಪುರಾವೆ, ವಯಸ್ಸು, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅರ್ಹತೆ, ರೆಸ್ಯೂಮ್, ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುಭವವಿದ್ದರೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿಡಿ.
