  • ಅತಿ ಕುಶಲ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಿಷಿಯನ್‌‌ಗೆ ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ₹1,316, ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ₹34,225.42
  • ನುರಿತ ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಿಷಿಯನ್‌‌ಗೆ ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ₹1,196.69, ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ₹31,114.02
  • ಅರೆ ಕುಶಲ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ‌ರಿಗೆ ದಿನಗೂಲಿ ₹1,087.90, ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ₹28,285
  • ಶೌಚಾಲಯ, ಸ್ನಾನಗೃಹ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಳ ಚರಂಡಿ ಶುಚಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರು ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ₹989, ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ₹21,251.30 ವೇತನ ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇತರ ವಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಕುಶಲತೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ವೇತನ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

  • ಅತಿ ಕೌಶಲ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ದೈನಂದಿನ ವೇತನ ₹1,196.69 ರಿಂದ ₹989 ವರೆಗೆ
  • ಕೌಶಲ ರಹಿತ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರಿಗೆ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ₹743 ರಿಂದ ₹899.09 ರವರೆಗೆ

ಆಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಟ್ರೇಡ್ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ (ಎಐಟಿಯುಸಿ) ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದೆ.

1984ರ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಕಲಂ 5(1)(ಎ) ಮತ್ತು 5(1)(ಬಿ) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಾದ್ಯಂತ 81 ವಿವಿಧ ಅನುಸೂಚಿತ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ವೇತನದರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. 2022-23ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 34 ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇ.5 ರಿಂದ 10ರಷ್ಟು ವೇತನವರ್ಧನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಎಐಟಿಯುಸಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಅದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ, ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯಂತೆ ಹೊಸ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹಳೆಯ ವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮವಾರು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಈಗ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಲಯಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಏಕರೂಪ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
